Merkle robot welding torches are specially designed for robot operation. The torches are water cooled and optional with push pull wire feed equipped. The robot torches are available with straight, 22 or 45 degrees angle torchhead.

RedMIG 1600 K:
Ideal for sheet steel work up to 5 mm. Powered by standard 230 V supply.

RedMIG 2000 K:
The universally adaptable machine with a 200 A welding capability.

RedMIG 2800 K:
Ideal for production, workshops and agricultural use with a 280 A welding current.

RedMIG 3000 K:
The ideal high performance compact machine.

All Merkle Push-Pull welding torches assure a stable and completely smooth wire feed. This welding torches design is mostly used for aluminium welding, thin wires as well as long torches assemblies.

Merkle Push-Pull hand welding torches are available gas cooled as well as water cooled. All Push-Pull torches are available with our approved TEDAC system.

The extremely slim yet robust torch body of the Merkle fume extraction torch has an outside diameter of only 30 mm (gas cooled), and only 34 mm in the water cooled version. This opens up completely new possibilities for efficient, health protecting welding, even in the most confined of spaces.
